Hello,
I have seizure disorder and bouts of catatonic like states. I wondered if any one on this forum could discuss either of these conditions with me. I have recently been diagnosed with seizures from an accident in August last year. Crying or Very sad I have pretty much come to terms with this and have learned to deal with my black outs and loss of cognitive skills etc.
The thing that is most disturbing to me is that I sometimes wake in a catatonic state. Is this another part of seizure disorder? Does anyone else experience this?

I saw my doc and what I have is Narcolepsy.
