Quite often I have very intense Nightmares. Extremely vivid,very detailed. I can remember every detail, every color,people places things. Quite often I wake up totally exhausted. Other times very very emotional. I have been prescribed Celexa, have been taking it for some time. Used to treat Depression Etc. Also prescribed Doxepin to use as a sleep aid. It works quite well more often than not. When I dont take Doxepin as a sleep aid, All hell breaks loose, in my dreams!!! I do not take the Doxepin every night. As it can have residual effects on me the following day. Not always though. Sometimes the dreams are quite pleasurable, other times,not the case. Any Ideas out there?
