I am a school social worker. I have a student that may have factitious disorder, or maybe his mom and dad have Munchausen syndrome by proxy.

I am not sure how to help these people. They are angry at me for suggesting that the child is psychosomatic. However, at least 2 other medical entities referred the child for a psych eval.
