hi, I am observing few symptoms in one of my family members
He has got attached to a girl in his office and it seems that he can speak to her in his mind. and he feels that she too can read his mind and respond. He has never spoken to her directly but only in mind .Can you please help me understand is this normal or a mental disorder.
