Mental Disorders

Just to notify you all:

most people will display maladaptive behaviours, (unwanted behaviours) or have 'factors/symtoms' to disorders out there, and these can be quitemild.

However the majority keep introverted about it and most people go undiagnosed or think that they are abnormal.

When in fact most people have gone through certain things themselves. I think it is down to the subcomcious pressures involved with society and judgement... i mean no one wants to be misunderstood or embarrassed.

Or classed as mentally ill. people look down upon that term and stereotype it so strongly before even understanding it to the standard they should.

Just though i should annonce that when you feel no one understands and that you are on your own, abnormal, different.

Your not as alone or different as you think!!!
